This outline is based on the theory of innovation ecosystem and institutional logic, and is compiled by deeply combining the long-term tracking and research results of China's storage semiconductor industry in the previous stage. The outline follows the principle of neutrality, adheres to objectivity, scientificity, and dynamism, and designs differentiated designs for industry and theoretical professionals based on the characteristics of meso level research. Finally, it is determined through repeated discussions.
