<dc:description>This data is mainly used to analyze the mechanism by which the generative artificial intelligence usage affects employees' innovation behavior. The data was collected through a convenient sampling method, selecting employees who use generative artificial intelligence tools to assist in completing their work as the research subjects. The questionnaire survey method was used to collect data in three time periods, and ultimately 294 valid questionnaires were obtained. The data covers core variables such as employee innovation behavior, generative artificial intelligence usage, learning goal orientation, learning from artificial intelligence, and artificial intelligence addiction. Before filling out the survey questionnaire, this study first asked participants to confirm that they had used generative artificial intelligence tools in their work, and then asked them to fill out the survey questionnaire. This data is mainly used to examine the direct impact of generative artificial intelligence usage on employees' innovation behavior, the mediating role of learning from artificial intelligence and artificial intelligence addiction, and the moderating role of learning goal orientation, providing practical insights for enterprises to effectively deploy generative artificial intelligence to stimulate employees' innovation. </dc:description>
