<dc:description>This dataset is used to support the research on the quantitative relationship between the structural parameters of lattice thermoelectric arms and the output power density. Its generation process combines finite element simulation and data validation, using the ANSYS finite element analysis software to construct the simulation model of lattice thermoelectric arms. The generation process of the dataset is divided into three steps: first, determine the cell type and lattice structural parameters; second, establish simulation models of lattice thermoelectric arms with different structural parameters using Rhino modeling software, then set reasonable mesh division strategies, material properties and boundary conditions in ANSYS, simulate the actual thermoelectric power generation conditions, extract data related to output power density, and form a complete dataset. This dataset was generated at the School of Physics and Mechanics, Wuhan University of Technology, with a time span of 2023-2026. There is no obvious data missing, and the integrity is good.</dc:description>
