<dc:description>To meet the requirements of data-driven research in materials science, constructing high-quality, structured literature datasets is fundamental for knowledge graph development and machine learning model training. The data that support the findings of this study are available from the corresponding author upon reasonable request. Since the raw dataset cannot be directly published due to copyright restrictions, this document details the standardized pipeline for corpus annotation and dataset construction using the Baidu EasyData platform. This protocol ensures the transparency, rigor, and reproducibility of the high-quality data annotation and knowledge mining process. To demonstrate the annotation schema and data structure, a representative subset of the data, comprising 100 entity annotations and 100 relation annotations, is presented in two tables: entity_extraction-20260812 and entity_relationship_extraction-20260812.</dc:description>
