2026-09-09 Raw data of Rat fMRI doi:10.57760/sciencedb.nb.0002i en This data set includes 24 rats raw BOLD fMRI data under anesthesia which was induced with 4% isoflurane and maintained with a subcutaneous dexmedetomidine infusion (0.06 mg/kg/h) plus 0.3% isoflurane. Resting-state blood oxygen level-dependent functional magnetic resonance imaging was acquired on a 9.4-T, 20-cm-bore Bruker BioSpec 94/20 system (Bruker BioSpin, Ettlingen, Germany). Echo-planar imaging used echo time = 13 ms, repetition time = 1000 ms, 200 repetitions, 0.7-mm slice thickness, 0.8-mm interslice spacing, a 90° flip angle, a 25 × 25 mm field of view, a 96 × 96 matrix, and 0.260 × 0.260 mm in-plane resolution. Rat 01--06 are normal control. Rat 07-12 are DPN rats under treatment of SCS. Rat 13-18 are DPN rats under sham operation.
