The dataset includes output files from network‑pharmacology‑based target screening, molecular docking and molecular dynamics simulation, as well as all raw data from in‑vivo animal experiments, such as rat pulmonary function measurements, inflammatory factor assays, original western‑blot images, pathological staining images, immunofluorescence raw images and raw records for statistical analysis. All data support the results and conclusions of this article and can be used to reproduce the analyses of this study.
