<dc:title>Spectrum-effect relationship between UPLC fingerprints and anti-inflammatory activity of Glycyrrhiza glabra L.</dc:title>
  <dc:identifier>doi:10.57760/sciencedb.nprd.000e6</dc:identifier>
  <dc:language>en</dc:language>
<dc:description>This data package was generated around the UPLC chromatograms of Glycyrrhiza glabra, the anti-inflammatory activity assays of Glycyrrhiza glabra extracts, and the activity data of the anti-inflammatory markers obtained through screening. The data package generation process included: establishment of UPLC chromatograms of Glycyrrhiza glabra extracts, anti-inflammatory activity assays, and screening of compounds highly correlated with the anti-inflammatory activity of Glycyrrhiza glabra based on spectrum-effect relationship analysis. Four compounds were ultimately screened out, and their anti-inflammatory activities were compared based on NO inhibition IC50 values. Data processing involved UPLC chromatogram acquisition and peak identification, anti-inflammatory activity assays of the extracts, spectrum-effect relationship modeling and marker screening, as well as determination and comparison of the NO inhibition IC50 values of the four compounds. The software used for spectrum-effect relationship analysis included SPSS, SIMCA, and others.</dc:description>
