2026-09-03 Dataset on the quality index of jujubes from different regions doi:10.57760/sciencedb.nprd.00207 en Jujubes are of great nutritional and practical value, being rich in sugars, various inorganic elements and other components that influence their quality.This dataset contains the results of 22 quality parameters for jujubes from six major producing regions. Glucose, fructose and sucrose contents were analysed using high-performance liquid chromatography, whilst the concentrations of ten inorganic elements were determined using inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry. The study systematically investigated the differences in jujube quality across different producing regions. It can provide data support for the assessment of jujube quality, the selection of high-quality resources and the development of standardised applications.
