<dc:description>This dataset contains the raw data and image files used for figure generation and statistical analysis in the manuscript entitled “Timosaponin AIII Suppresses Bladder Cancer Progression by Inducing Oxidative Stress and Promoting Ferroptosis Through Disruption of the SLC7A11/GPX4 Antioxidant Axis.” The dataset includes results from GSE13507 and TCGA-BLCA database analyses, CCK-8, colony formation, EdU, Transwell, and wound-healing assays, MitoSOX, DCFH-DA, C11-BODIPY 581/591, Fe²⁺, GSH, and MDA assays, original Western blot images and quantitative data, as well as subcutaneous xenograft and immunohistochemical staining data. These data support the conclusions regarding the effects of Timosaponin AIII on bladder cancer cell proliferation, migration, invasion, oxidative stress, lipid peroxidation, SLC7A11/GPX4-related ferroptosis, and xenograft tumor growth in vivo.</dc:description>
