<dc:title>Effects of different nitrogen and phosphorus synergistic fertilizer ratios on enzymes and genes related to nitrogen metabolism in wheat</dc:title>
  <dc:identifier>doi:10.57760/sciencedb.o00121.00002</dc:identifier>
  <dc:language>en</dc:language>
<dc:description>This data is used to describe total nritrogen content, enzymes (NR, GS) activity and genes (TaNR, TaGS, TaNRT1.1，TaNRT2.1, TaNRT2.3, TaAMT) expression in wheat under different nitrogen and phosphorus synergistic fertilizer ratios. The treatments respectively were CK: nitrogen fertilizer + phosphorus fertilizer; T1: 70% nitrogen synergistic fertilizer + phosphorus synergistic fertilizer; T2: nitrogen synergic fertilizer +70% phosphorus synergic fertilizer; T3: nitrogen and phosphorus synergic fertilizer; T4: 70% nitrogen synergistic fertilizer + 70% phosphorus synergistic fertilizer; T5: commercialized nitrogen synergistic fertilizer + commercialized phosphorus synergistic fertilizer.&amp;nbsp; One unit of NR was defined as the amount of enzyme required for production of 1 &amp;micro;mol nitrite per hour. The NR activity was expressed as NR units per gram of fresh weight. One unit of GS was the amount of enzyme catalysing the formation of 1 &amp;micro;mol of glutamylmonohydroxamate per minute. GS activity expressed as GS units per milligram of fresh weight.</dc:description>
