<dc:description>Data from: Intrinsic Potency of Biological Motion in Guiding Attention: A Conflict-Based Assessment Across Autistic Traits. This dataset is derived from a study investigating reflexive attentional orienting to biological motion (BM) when conflicting with internal arrows and its potential association with autistic traits. The study recruited 80 graduate and undergraduate students (aged 18–28 years) across two experiments. Participants performed a modified central cueing task with dual-cue stimuli, where response times (RTs) were measured. The dataset includes:- Raw data: trial-level behavioral data for each participant, provided in both the original MATLAB format (.mat file) and non-proprietary format (.csv file), together with questionnaire data (.xls file).- Analysis code: MATLAB scripts for calculating accuracy, response times, cueing effects, questionnaire scores, and regression analyses.- Experimental code: runnable MATLAB experimental scripts and required functions for reproducing the experimental procedures and stimulus presentation.- Stimulus demo videos: representative videos illustrating the visual appearance and temporal structure of the main stimulus conditions in the two experiments.- Summarized data: aggregated data of each experiment required for the main statistical analyses (.xlsx file). For further details, please see ReadMe.docx included in the dataset.</dc:description>
