<dc:title>A PISA 2015 Mathematics Dataset of Item Responses, Response Times, and Expert-Specified Q-matrix</dc:title>
  <dc:identifier>doi:10.57760/sciencedb.psych.01073</dc:identifier>
  <dc:language>en</dc:language>
<dc:description>The data is sourced from the PISA 2015 Mathematics Literacy Assessment publicly released by the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD). According to the PISA data framework, this assessment includes three high-order latent traits: mathematical process, mathematical content knowledge, and mathematical context, which are further subdivided into 11 cognitive skills; The correspondence between questions and skills is calibrated by experts to form a Q matrix. To ensure data quality and modeling stability, the raw data has been cleaned: records with missing key fields have been removed, records with valid answer times have been retained, and students with too few answer records and questions with too few answers have been excluded. The screening time for question data is between 3-300 seconds. After screening, the data includes 1476 students' answer records on 17 math questions, with a total of 25092 items, covering two types of information: answer correctness (0/1) and answer reaction time, and accompanied by expert calibrated question skill associations (Q matrix), involving 11 cognitive skills, suitable for cognitive diagnosis modeling, and can also be used for methodological research and teaching in educational measurement, intelligent education, and personalized learning.&amp;nbsp;</dc:description>
