<dc:title>An Anonymous Derived Time-Window Dataset and Reproducibility Artifact for Censoring-Aware Multi-Horizon Forecasting of On-Orbit Single-Event Upsets</dc:title>

<dc:description>This dataset is the public data and code artifact accompanying the study “Censoring-Aware Physics-Informed Multi-Horizon Forecasting of On-Orbit Single-Event Upsets From Operational Telemetry.” The primary file, seu_forecasting_minimal.csv, contains 20,896 chronologically ordered anonymous derived time-window records and 32 fields, covering the period from 2025-06-16 08:40:00 UTC to 2026-06-18 02:20:00 UTC. Forecasts are issued at a 10-min cadence for 10-, 30-, 60-, and 90-min horizons. The released fields include anonymous row, time, and session identifiers; anonymous orbital coordinates; geomagnetic-field and trapped-proton proxies; exposure variables; historical event counts; and derived forecast targets. The file censored_intervals.csv records 1,086 interval-censored count increments that were excluded from localized-event modeling. The file data_dictionary.csv defines the released fields and their units.Missing values are encoded as blank cells. There are 3,927 missing values in irbem_Lm_masked and 5,210 in log1p_ap8max_p_flux_gt10MeV. The 10-, 30-, 60-, and 90-min target-count fields contain 2,727, 4,084, 4,932, and 5,474 missing values, respectively. The associated validity, target-coverage, and target-exposure fields should be used when interpreting these records. In particular, irbem_Lm_masked is missing when the closed-shell state is invalid. The artifact also provides the registered study configuration, SHA-256 integrity checks, minimal source code, tests, and a deterministic offline verification workflow. The workflow uses seed 42 to fit a Poisson generalized linear model to the first 1,000 eligible chronological windows and evaluates it on the next 200 windows. It verifies the released data path, model interface, metric computation, and deterministic execution. It is not a complete reproduction of every candidate model, random seed, simulation, sensitivity analysis, or bootstrap replicate reported in the associated paper. Raw spacecraft telemetry and spacecraft, mission, operator, component part-number, and identity-mapping information are not included. The anonymous derived data are licensed under CC BY 4.0, and the released source code is licensed under the MIT License.</dc:description>
