To compare the reliability of ICON/MIGHTI temperature data, comparative analysis of atmospheric temperature at altitudes of 90-105km was conducted using the detection temperature data of ICON/MIGHTI and TIMED/SABER. The main comparative parameters include calculating the average temperature deviation, root mean square error of temperature, and standard deviation of temperature for ICON/MIGHTI temperature data and TIMED/SABER temperature data, analyzing the variation of average temperature deviation with altitude in different months, and calculating the distribution of average temperature deviation in different seasons at latitude.
