<dc:description>The dataset comprises the following four components:(a) Neutral Density Perturbations from LEO Satellite Observations: Derived from 14 low-Earth-orbit (LEO) satellites, including Tianmu, Swarm, and GRACE-FO missions. The data represent neutral density perturbations at an altitude of ~510 km along the satellite orbits. The filtering method applied is the Complete Ensemble Empirical Mode Decomposition with Adaptive Noise (CEEMDAN), with a temporal sampling interval of 10 seconds. Altitude corrections have been applied to the data.(b) Detrended Total Electron Content (dTEC) from Ground-Based GNSS Receiver Networks Derived from ground-based Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) receivers. The filtering method applied is a low-pass filter with a passband of 15–60 min, with a temporal sampling interval of 30 sec.(c) Neutral Density and dTEC from TIEGCM Simulations Derived from simulations using the Thermosphere-Ionosphere-Electrodynamics General Circulation Model (TIEGCM). The filtering method applied is a moving average, with a temporal resolution of 5 minutes. The simulated neutral density perturbations have been interpolated to an altitude of approximately 510 km.(d) Integrated Joule Heating from TIEGCM Simulations Derived from TIEGCM, representing the height‐integrated Joule heating.</dc:description>
